What we build
Four things, done properly
New construction is the centre of the work. Spas and decking are built into that same job, or on their own if that is what the yard needs.
Custom pool builder
A pool drawn around your yard, your slope, and how you actually plan to use it.
New pool construction
Excavation through plaster and startup, run by one crew that stays on the job.
Spa and hot tub installation
Built into the pool on a shared system, or standalone as its own retreat.
Decking and hardscape
The surface you stand on, and everything past it: pavers, stone, steps, and seat walls.
Concrete decks and patios
Poured concrete around the pool and across the yard, in broom, stamped, colored and exposed aggregate.
Outdoor kitchens and BBQ islands
Masonry and counter sized around the grill you want, placed so the cook is part of the party.
Fire pits and fire features
Gas or wood, built into the deck or the seat wall, placed around where people actually sit.
How a build runs
Six stages, and you are told where you are in them
The worst part of a pool build is not knowing what happens next. This is the order it happens in.
- 01
Walk the yard
Sun, slope, access, and utilities. What the space can hold gets decided on site, not on a screen.
- 02
Draw the pool
Shape, depth, benches, steps, and where the spa sits. Changed as many times as it takes before anything is staked.
- 03
Permit and plan
Plans to the city, inspections booked at each stage. You know what is happening before an inspector arrives.
- 04
Dig and build
Excavation, steel, plumbing, gunite. One crew, on your job, through the messy middle of it.
- 05
Tile, coping, deck
Where a pool stops looking like construction. Samples seen in daylight before they are set.
- 06
Fill and start up
Interior finish, fill, equipment dialed in, and a walkthrough of how to actually run it.
Straight answers
Before you call anyone
Three things worth knowing, whoever ends up building it.
Nobody can price it from a phone call
Access, soil, grade, and finish move the figure too much. A number given before anyone has seen the yard is a number that changes later.
Deck width is the usual regret
A slightly smaller pool with deck you can put furniture on beats a big pool with a walkway around it. This gets decided early or not at all.
Decide before the dig
Changes after a stage is poured cost time and money that the same decision made a week earlier would not have.
Questions
Frequently asked
Do you build new pools, or only remodel existing ones?
New construction is the core of the work: design, excavation, steel, plumbing, gunite, finish, decking, and startup. Spas and decking are built as part of that same job or on their own.
What does a first visit involve?
A walk of the yard. Where the sun sits, how the ground falls, where equipment and utilities can run, and how much usable deck is left once the pool is in. You get an honest read on what the space can hold before anything is drawn.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The site visit and the estimate cost nothing and commit you to nothing.
Which areas do you cover?
Corona, Riverside, Norco, Eastvale, Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Moreno Valley, the wider Inland Empire, and Orange County.
